Support Services to Home-Bound Individuals
Rehab Specialists works together with a Home Health Care Agency that provides part-time, intermittent health care and support services to home-bound individuals.
These patients need intermediate skilled health care including nursing and home health aid services, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, medical supplies and equipment, laboratory/diagnostic services and social worker and nutrition services.
The home care team provides functional rehabilitation, high tech nursing, diabetic care/management, wound care/healing, VAC therapy, Ostomy care, and many more services.
Services provided by home care agency are reimbursed by Medicare, private, payment, and several health insurers.
