Sue Klein, a graduate of Russell Sage College with a Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy and over 35 years of experience, began working at Downstate Medical Center from 1974-1976. There, she specialized in prosthetics and orthotics, in addition to rehabilitation and orthopedics.

In 1976 she moved to Los Angeles and began working at Brotman Medical center, where she focused on cardiac and orthopedic rehabilitation and gained experience working in the burn unit as well.

Over the years, she has also worked at Santa Monica Medical Center, Berkley East, and provided home healthcare. In 1987 she began working at Kern and Associates, working again with neurological rehabilitation, orthopedics, rheumatological problems, myofascial pain and muscle imbalances, ergonomics, scoliosis, aqua therapy, balance disorders and pain management.

Being a two time club champion at Penmar by the Sea Golf Course, she has developed a program for injury prevention in golf. She also has been doing Tai chi for the last 4 years, and incorporates it in rehabilitation for balance and stroke patients. In addition she is certified in LSVT Big for Parkinson's. She has also taught both aerobic and chair aerobic classes.
